Project Manager Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required.8-12+ years of professional experience.Architectural license preferred.Client management experience is essential.Experience in project leadership and management required.Knowledge of Revit is advantageous.Project Manager Responsibilities:

Engage directly with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored architectural solutions.Establish and manage the project budget, milestones, and timeline, while tracking performance throughout.Lead the creation of schematic designs and oversee the preparation of project drawings.Effectively coordinate workload through design development and construction document phases, ensuring timely completion of documents.Direct and collaborate with engineering disciplines and third-party vendors, reviewing construction documents to identify potential conflicts.Project Manager Compensation:
