Description Duties and Responsibilities: Support senior managers in achieving departmental goals, developing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Collaborate with architects, engineers, and division teams to refine project plans and specifications Coordinate resolution of field issues, permit comments, and divisional changes per DRB Homes’ standards Review and assist in the approval of architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications Ensure projects adhere to local, state, and federal building codes and regulations Review and manage the process of lot specific drawings Prepare project status updates and documentation for senior project managers and other DRB Homes stakeholders Other related duties as required or assigned Qualifications Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of residential construction preferred
