Architectural Project Manager

Kinetic Design + Development is looking for an Project Manager to join the Krew. If youre a project manager who thrives in both the creative and technical sides of the process, this role is for you.

This is a leadership role built for someone who can guide complex, design-forward architectural projects from first concept through final delivery. Youll lead multiple projects on our Flex team, serve as a trusted client partner, and keep teams aligned, energized, and moving forward.

Youll balance big-picture vision with day-to-day execution, mentoring talented team members, coordinating consultants, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring every project meets Kinetics high standards for design, quality, and client experience. What Youll Do

Lead multiple complex architectural projects from concept through completionPartner with the Principal/Studio Leader to drive project success across all disciplinesServe as the main client liaison, providing updates, guidance, and strategic directionMentor, coach, and develop production staff throughout each phase of workOversee design concepts, plans, presentations, and proposals to meet client goalsCoordinate with interior design, permitting, project delivery, CA teams, consultants, and contractorsReview drawings, specifications, and documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliancePerform quality control checks before handoff to Kinetics Quality Control CommitteeManage project schedules, budgets, staffing resources, and overall workflowApprove timesheets and support operational efficiency across the teamSolve challenges proactively with minimal supervisionStay current on industry trends, technology, codes, and best practices through ongoing learningUphold company standards, policies, and all aspects of Kinetics HR Handbook

Tools Youll Use

Revit, AutoCAD, BluebeamAdobe Creative Suite, including PhotoshopRendering and visualization softwareProject scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning toolsBuilding codes, construction documentation, and QA/QC systems

What Youll Bring

Degree from a NAAB accredited universityArchitectural license required6+ years of relevant experience managing architectural projectsStrong leadership, mentoring, and team development skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced understanding of building systems, materials, codes, and construction methodsProven experience with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and managing multiple projectsStrong design sensibility with the ability to balance creativity and feasibilityHigh attention to detail and confidence reviewing/redlining drawing setsStrong emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and client relationship skillsAbility to adapt quickly, solve problems, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
