Architectural Project Manager – Healthcare (FW)

This individual will play a key role in the continued success of the team through their ability to build relationships, lead and manage projects, and assist with the mentorship and growth of team members. Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an NCARB accredited school Registered Architect (RA) licensure preferred Board Certification by the American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) preferred, but not required Commercial design experience in the Healthcare market 3+ years’ experience working within an architecture/design firm Project Manager: Independent management of projects or major project components, with responsibility for client coordination, consultant oversight, and delivery Senior Project Manager: Leadership of complex projects, mentoring team members, managing client relationships, and contributing to strategic planning and quality oversight Familiarity with healthcare-specific codes (FGI Guidelines, NFPA, ADA), Department of Health submission and approval processes, and general experience designing for inpatient and outpatient healthcare settings Understanding of medical planning principles, clinical workflow, and department adjacencies Experience coordinating with healthcare providers, consultants, and equipment vendors Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple deadlines, and coordinate schedules Ability to shift from big picture awareness to technical details, ensuring the highest level of quality Knowledge and understanding of BIM modeling Proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously Strong communication skills internally within a team as well as externally with current or prospective, clients, consultants, and members of the community Strong leadership aptitude and a desire to grow in a leadership capacity Experience successfully taking projects from programming through construction Design Collaborative is a people-first employer with a culture built around six core values: put people first, own it, give back, love what you do, choose fun, and live up to our name.
