Architectural Project Manager

Project Manager / Project ArchitectWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Architect to lead project teams in delivering high-quality architectural design solutions across all phases of work.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams in the development and delivery of architectural design solutionsCollaborate closely with principals, designers, and technical staffManage project scope, schedule, fees, and team assignmentsServe as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate with consultantsOversee project documentation and quality control from concept through constructionConduct site visits, building assessments, and existing-conditions documentationSupport project planning through benchmarks, cost data, and code researchFacilitate and lead client meetings, representing the firm professionallyTravel as needed for site work and client engagementQualifications

Professional degree in Architecture or Historic Preservation; architectural registration preferredMust have DCAMM 149A experience5–10+ years of experience in project management and project deliveryStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsProficiency in Autodesk Revit; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and MS OfficeJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Boston, MA.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
