About the Company

Vance Stein Architecture & Interiors is seeking a Project Manager who will join us as we grow and expand our practice across multiple sectors. Our portfolio spans across many sectors from Commercial, Multi-Family Residential, Institutional and high-end residential renovations and new homes. Our mission is to listen to our clients and create timeless designs that are an integral part of their communities. We are a fun, collaborative office in Beverly, MA. About the Role

Working collaboratively with VS Principals and design teams, serve as Project Manager for projects ranging in size and type, with a focus on commercial, institutional and multi-family work.

Responsibilities

Mentor junior staff membersSupport the firm’s marketing and business development effortsParticipate in project interviews

Qualifications

8 -15 years of architectural work experienceCommercial, multi-family and institutional design experience requiredResidential design experience strongly preferredBachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degreeArchitectural licensure in Massachusetts strongly preferred

Required Skills

Strong design and project management skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenProficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS OfficeExcellent organization, attention-to-detail, and oral and written communication skillsFlexibility in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlinesCreative problem-solvingIs attuned to areas of structural, mechanical and electrical and site requirementsStrong client relationship and interpersonal skills
