Specializing in casinos, hotels, and resorts—with a unique focus on Native American gaming properties—we deliver master planning, architecture, interior design, and construction administration services across North America.

What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day communication with clients, consultants, and internal teamsManage and coordinate all phases of design and documentation, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverablesOversee consultant teams including structural, MEP, civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineersFacilitate client meetings and presentations, clearly communicating design progress and optionsInterpret building review comments and integrate them into design solutions that meet client goalsTrack project budgets, schedules, and profitabilityDocument key decisions and maintain clear communication across all stakeholdersGuide and motivate project teams, resolving conflicts and promoting collaborationAdminister contracts and interface with local planning and permitting authoritiesIdentify opportunities for internal process improvement and innovationReport directly to firm leadership

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (Architects or Engineers preferred)Architectural license preferred, or a clear path toward licensureExperience in design and construction supervisionStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal, written, and digital communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple priorities under pressureWillingness to travel (approximately 25%) for client and contractor meetings
