This individual will lead healthcare and mixed-use projects from early planning through construction, overseeing production of drawings and deliverables across all project phases. They will work closely with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure projects align with client goals, regulatory requirements such as FGI guidelines, and overall design excellence. Day to day, this role involves managing schedules, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, reviewing work in Revit, and proactively resolving design and technical challenges. They will also oversee coordination with engineers and specialty consultants, including healthcare-specific systems such as medical gas.
