Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a licensed Architectural Project Manager to join our Science, Technology, & Industry team in Lansing, MI. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a talented team of architects to deliver innovative projects, serving as a trusted partner to clients from concept through construction. Fulfill the role of Project Architect and AOR on most projects; pending the size/complexity of projects a separate project architect may be assigned.Ensure the success of the projects under their management. Strong business acumen, technical knowledge, coordination skills and the ability to build a rapport with the project team and client is essential.Must have the ability to be client facing with strong verbal and written communication skills.Willingness to mentor team members on technical and professional skills.
