Our work centers primarily on custom single-family residential design, with select commercial projects, in Wisconsin and across the country. Role Description Genesis Architecture is seeking a full-time Architectural Project Manager to join our Racine office. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of architectural experienceAbility to manage projects through all phases of design and constructionStrong communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal staffExperience producing and overseeing construction documentationAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and keep projects moving forwardStrong design sensibility and interest in thoughtful, well-crafted architectureLicensure preferred, but not requiredExperience with ArchiCAD is strongly preferred; candidates should have solid 3D BIM experienceInterest in organic or Wright-inspired architecture is welcome, but not required
