Architectural Project Manager

The Role We’re looking for an Architectural Project Manager in our Madison office who can bring clarity and structure to complex projects without losing sight of the design intent. You’ll play a key role in translating design into documentation and ultimately into construction—working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors along the way. Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch required)5+ years of experience in architectural practice, including project management responsibilities, is preferredA strong understanding of how projects move from concept through constructionExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple deadlines without losing control of the finer pointsClear, direct communication skills and a collaborative mindsetProficiency in Revit and other standard design/documentation tools We’re not looking for someone to just “keep projects on track.” We’re looking for someone who can bring structure to complexity, elevate the quality of our documentation, and help ensure that good design survives the realities of construction.
