The Role
We’re looking for an Architectural Project Manager in our Madison office who can bring clarity and structure to complex projects without losing sight of the design intent. This role is for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces across different project phases. You’ll play a key role in translating design into documentation and ultimately into construction—working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors along the way.
What You’ll Do
Lead projects from early design through construction administrationManage multiple project timelines, budgets, and deliverables simultaneouslyCoordinate with internal teams and external consultants to maintain alignment and momentumOversee the production of construction documents with a high level of precision and consistencyServe as a primary point of contact for clients and project partnersNavigate construction phase services, including RFIs, submittals, and site coordinationIdentify potential issues early and keep projects moving forward with minimal friction
What You Bring
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch required)5+ years of experience in architectural practice, including project management responsibilities, is preferredA strong understanding of how projects move from concept through constructionExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple deadlines without losing control of the finer pointsClear, direct communication skills and a collaborative mindsetProficiency in Revit and other standard design/documentation tools

Licensure or actively working toward itExperience working across a range of project types or scalesComfort balancing design ambition with real-world constraints

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation will be based on level of experience and is based on the AIA Compensation & Benefits Report.
