Description
Follow principal’s creative direction to develop design concepts into presentations and construction documentsCreative and technical position requiring interest and inquiry into full range of classical precedent to emerging trendsProduction and coordination of comprehensive construction document packages including space planning, millwork, detailing, schedules, and furnishingsCoordinate bidding, contracts, project management, submittalsWork with principal and team of architects, project managers, draftsman and interior designers to produce complete contract documents for high end residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
Job Requirements
5+ years experienceMust be local to DC and able to work full time in officeProfessional degree in architecture, interior architecture or interior design or work equivalentExperience and proficiency in AutoCAD required; Revit and other 3d drafting, modeling, rendering and presentation skills appreciated
