Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Project Manager located in Lake Mary, FL. The Architectural Project Manager will oversee all phases of project development and coordination, including administrative and technical. This role requires collaboration as the point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams, as well as ensuring designs meet program specified standards, budgets, and timelines. The successful candidate will lead a small team with clarity, efficiency, and composure.

Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. Estimates design fees, determines the scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on small projects.

This role is excellent for a sharp emerging professional or newly licensed individual with tight attention to detail, multi-tasking, and processes, as it will provide exposure to all aspects of the occupation in the context of small firm life. Reports to the President.
