Architectural Project Manager

We are looking for the right person to add to our team for the long term. Company Description: Meander Studio is a collaborative design firm that is dedicated to Affordable Housing, Sustainable Design, and inclusive processes. Working on a range of project types and scales, Meander Studio emphasizes careful planning, clear communication, and design excellence throughout the project lifecycle. We are small, have a flexible work environment and are looking to grow. A professional degree in architecture from a NAAB accredited program required.Professional degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.Current architectural registration in the United States preferred.Project coordination skills, including scheduling, task management, and communication across multidisciplinary teams.Proven experience producing comprehensive construction document sets and coordinating consultant input.Proven experience in construction administration, working directly with builders and specialty fabricators.Proficiency in architectural design software: AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.Proficiency with productivity software: Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.Experience working with clients and contractors, and the ability to build collaborative, respectful relationships.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration in Waltham, MA with independent remote work.Project coordination skills, including scheduling, task management, and communication across multidisciplinary teams.Experience with managing and reviewing submittals, RFIs, and other construction-phase documentation.Strong background in architecture, including design development, code review, and consultant coordination.Proficiency in preparing and coordinating construction drawings and technical details.Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards and sustainable design practices.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
