The Project Manager role involves both client-facing and team-facing responsibilities and has tremendous growth potential.Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, documentation, and construction administration.Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions.Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up.Manage project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate with various stakeholders including engineers, contractors, and interior designers for seamless project execution.Implement business development strategies to expand client relationships and secure new projects.Utilize tools like Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.Forecast and organize project team for design, development, production and project document delivery.Coordinate with consultants, team members and the client.Successfully execute projects by following Page’s and Owner’s protocols and procedures in order to reach the best solution.Develop strong client, consultant and collaborator relationships.Understand budget, code and jurisdictional requirements.Provide mentorship and guidance to project team.Collaborate on project fee development and project proposals.Skills10+ years’ experienceDegree in engineering, architecture or related fieldExperience with all multiple project sizes, with concentration in large projectsSkilled in architecture and detailing skills as well as proficient in construction administrative processesProven effectiveness coordinating with contractors, architectural teams, and consultantsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteSuccessful at leading and organizing a team of multiple disciplines and consultantsConfident with public speaking and networkingExcellent writing skillsAnalytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsDetail oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneouslyAvailable for occasional travel within the USProficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch UpJob TypeFull-timeBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingHappy hourHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceRaleigh, NC 27601: Relocate before starting work (Required)#J-18808-Ljbffr
