Lexington, KY Integrity Architecture is currently seeking a full-time Architectural Project Manager to oversee the planning, design and execution of new building projects tailored to clients’ needs and budgets. Coordinate all project efforts from beginning pre-design to final close-outProduce and lead projects through design and construction documents, including coordination of consultant plan documentsPrepare and present designs, specifications, estimated costs, and project schedules; review and comply with agency, life safety, and building code requirements; respond to the technical implications of design decisionsManage client budgets, schedules, and programs; manage project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments.Manage projects during construction administration including permitting, bid / negotiation, submittals, construction documentation, progress meetings, and on-site observation to meet contract requirementsEstimate project scope of work, schedule, oversee and advise and instruct project designersParticipate in quality assurance / quality controlPrepare strategic plans and serve as client liaisonProfessional development pursuits on a quarterly basis; maintain awareness of evolving building technology and systemsMentor and develop project designers and emerging professionalsPerform other related duties as assignedDoes this sound like the position for you?
