Architectural Project Manager

Lead and support project delivery from concept through construction, ensuring alignment with design vision and client goalsPrepare fee proposals, track project budgets, and monitor expenses to maintain financial performanceEvaluate scope changes and manage updates to project fees, schedules, and deliverablesFacilitate internal and external meetings, supporting design teams through key project milestonesCollaborate closely with consultants to coordinate technical requirements while preserving design intentContribute strategic solutions to complex design and technical challenges throughout the project lifecycleOversee the development, coordination, and submission of design documentation at all project phasesReview project documents to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to design intent and contractual requirementsSupport consultant selection, onboarding, and coordination in partnership with internal teams and clientsDrive clear communication and alignment across project teams, clients, and external stakeholdersTravel to project sites to coordinate with consultants and client teams as needed Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field10+ years of experience in architecture, including 3+ years in a Project Manager roleProven experience working on a variety of project types, including projects through constructionProficiency in Revit is requiredExperience with international projects Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
