In this role, you will manage architectural projects from concept to completion while also handling the development of construction documents with drafting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture or a related field, with the ability to work effectively both as a project manager and a hands-on draftsperson. Though this role has dual responsibilities as both a Project Manager and hands-on drafting work, if you are stronger in one area or the other, you can grow into the other. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes. Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.
