Position Overview:

We are seeking an Experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead and manage a variety of architectural projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong Revit skills, a thorough understanding of architectural phases, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results within time constraints. Strong preference will be given to candidates with Single-Family Residential Project Management experience within the greater Phoenix area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Oversee projects through all phases of architectural design, ensuring they are completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

- Team Leadership: Lead the project team, designers, and consultants, fostering collaboration and creativity.

- Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and effectively communicating project progress.

- Problem Solving: Identify project challenges and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

- Documentation: Prepare and manage project documentation, including presentations, construction documents, consultant work, permit submittals, and construction administration.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture.

- [3+] years of experience in Single-Family Residential Architectural Project Management.

- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, local ordinances, and construction processes.

- Experience in Revit software required.

- Experience in Visualization software a plus (V-Ray, Lumion, 3DS-Max, Etc,).

- Experience in Architectural AI integration a plus.

- Excellent communication, creativity, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
