What You'll DoLead Project DeliveryDirect architectural projects through all phases, from programming and concept development through construction administration.Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.Drive Design and Technical ExcellenceParticipate in design development, construction documentation, and quality control.Utilize Revit to develop coordinated, accurate, and innovative design solutions.Ensure compliance with building codes, client requirements, and industry standards.Manage Client RelationshipsServe as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.Lead meetings, presentations, and project discussions with confidence and professionalism.Build trusted partnerships through proactive communication and exceptional service.Coordinate Teams and ConsultantsCollaborate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and consulting partners throughout project execution.Facilitate coordination efforts to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Champion Project SuccessIdentify and mitigate risks before they become obstacles.Monitor project performance and implement strategic solutions to keep projects moving forward.Balance multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.What You BringRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Architecture10-15+ years of professional architectural experienceLicensed Architect or actively pursuing licensureAdvanced Revit proficiency and working knowledge of AutoCADDemonstrated success managing complex architectural projectsExperience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating consultantsWhat Makes You Stand OutStrong understanding of design, construction documentation, and construction administrationExceptional communication and client management skillsAbility to lead with confidence while remaining collaborative and approachableProactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong organizational abilitiesProven ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred ExperienceCommercial, retail, hospitality, or K-12 education projectsMulti-site or prototype-based design programsExperience managing projects across multiple jurisdictions and market sectorsWhat You'll Find HereWe believe great projects start with great people.
