The Architectural Project Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy, leading complex projects from concept through construction while mentoring emerging talent and collaborating closely with senior leadership. Strong proficiency in Revit (required), including creating and carrying architectural models through schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. Experience with construction administration, including coordination with contractors and review of RFIs and submittals. Ability to participate in and contribute to firmwide initiatives related to design excellence and technical best practices. Paid time off ranges from approximately 160 to 200 hours per year, plus 11.5 holidays, supporting a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal time.
