Architectural Project Manager

• Manage architectural projects through schematic design, design development, and construction documents for multifamily and senior living communities. • Maintain project schedules and track design milestones, deliverables, and internal review checkpoints. • Manage consultant deliverables, RFIs, and submittal timelines to keep the design team aligned with the overall project schedule. • Serve as a day-to-day liaison between Vector Design and the Denton Floyd Development and Forge Construction teams. • 2-5 years of professional experience in architecture, with project management responsibility on multifamily, senior living, or similar residential projects.
