Architectural Project Manager – Construction Administration

This position combines office-based project coordination with regular construction site visits throughout South Florida and offers the opportunity to work on luxury hospitality, high-rise residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments. Manage projects throughout the construction phase from Notice to Proceed through Final Completion. Review and respond to RFIs with the project team and consultants. Monitor construction activities for compliance with contract documents, design intent, and applicable building codes. Experience with hospitality, luxury residential, commercial, high-rise, and mixed-use projects preferred.
