Miami Architectural Studio, an innovative residential design firm, is seeking a talented Architect Project Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for someone with strong design and technical skills, and the ability to take projects from concept through construction.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage high-end custom residential projects from schematic design through constructionCoordinate with clients, consultants, and contractorsOversee the production of detailed construction documentsMonitor the permitting process and ensure compliance with Florida Building Code and local zoning regulationsPerform construction administrationCollaborate with internal design and drafting teams
Requirements:
Professional degree in Architecture, Florida architectural registration a plusMinimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture and project managementDemonstrated experience with construction drawings and project management for custom single-family homesStrong proficiency in Revit; AutoCAD and general office programsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines independentlyFluent in English; Spanish is a plusMust be currently based in South Florida
