Thamann Architecture + Design is seeking a talented and passionate Project Manager to join our team - dedicated to creating exceptional architecture for luxury single-family residences in South Florida. This role requires a professional with a robust skill set in construction documentation, project management, and a keen attention to detail in overseeing complex, high-end residential projects. The Project Manager will play a critical role in the development and execution of architectural projects, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery.
Responsibilities include producing construction drawings, overseeing schematic design, and coordinating drawings and timelines with engineers, designers, and consultants to bring each project from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is proficient in Revit, Autocad, Lumion, Sketchup, InDesign, Photoshop, and related tools, with a drive to create refined, high-quality architecture.
Responsibilities
-Produce Construction Drawings via Revit and AutoCAD.
-Coordinate architectural construction drawings with structural engineer, MEP engineer, civil engineer, landscape architect, lighting consultants, interior designers, dock & seawall consultants, and low voltage consultants.
-Produce and manage project timelines and keep all parties on a strict schedule
-Coordinate and revise construction drawings to address building department permit comments.
-Produce schematic design graphics and renderings utilizing Sketchup, Lumion, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
-Oversee general project development and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress across all stages of design and construction.
-Perform construction administration duties including RFIs, submittals, and site visits of ongoing construction projects.
Qualifications
-Greater than 5 years of experience in luxury single-family residences in South Florida
-Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited U.S. institution
-Excellent proficiency in Revit, Autocad, Lumion, Sketchup, Bluebeam, InDesign, Photoshop, and others
-A driven and tenacious professional committed to creating outstanding architectural work

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
