Architectural Project Manager - Faith

Follow us on LinkedIn -> NovusLearn more about us on our company page -> Novus Lead the planning, design, and execution of faith-based architectural projects from concept through construction completion.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and staffing to ensure successful project delivery.Provide technical leadership with a strong emphasis on building envelope systems, constructability, detailing, and building code compliance.Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural construction documents and specifications.Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, accessibility requirements, life safety regulations, and jurisdictional requirements.Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants including structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants.Mentor and provide guidance to architects, designers, and technical staff throughout all phases of design.Lead client meetings, presentations, and design reviews while fostering long-term client relationships.Review drawings for quality assurance and technical accuracy before project milestones.Support permitting efforts and respond to plan review comments.Participate in construction administration activities including RFIs, submittals, site observations, punch lists, and resolution of field issues.Collaborate with firm leadership on project planning, staffing, and business development opportunities within the faith-based market.
