Job Title: Job Captain
Location: Grapevine, TX 76051 (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $60–$68/hr
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree or equivalent technical certification.5+ years of related experience, including 2+ years of project or people management.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.Strong architectural and construction knowledge.Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Architecture.Experience with residential projects.Knowledge of SketchUp and BIM360.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple architectural projects, teams, and consultants to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Operations teams.Review construction documents, revisions, and lot-specific plans.Ensure compliance with construction codes, standards, and workflows.Support design initiatives, technology projects, and process improvements.Assist with standards development, business analysis, and leadership initiatives.
