Architectural Project Manager

Role Description The Project Architect is a full-time, on-site role located in Doylestown, PA. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules and budgets, leading coordination among internal team members and external consultants, and reviewing drawings and specifications for quality and consistency. The individual will handle submittals and RFIs, support permitting and approvals, and regularly communicate with clients to report progress and address project issues. Qualifications Demonstrated project coordination skills, including managing schedules, budgets, and multi-disciplinary teams.Strong architecture and construction document experience, with proficiency in producing and reviewing detailed documentation.Familiarity with project submittals processes and construction administration practices.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure preferred.Proficiency with industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and consistency.Experience managing client relationships and collaborating with consultants, contractors, and permitting authorities.Ability to work on-site in Doylestown, PA and manage multiple projects in various stages of development.
