Healthcare Project Manager – San Francisco

We are working with a nationally recognized, design-led architecture practice to appoint a Healthcare Project Manager for their San Francisco studio.

The Role

You will take a lead role in delivering healthcare projects, acting as the primary point of contact between the client, consultants, contractor, and internal team. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully, maintaining strong relationships, and overseeing performance across all stages.

Responsibilities

Lead project delivery from concept through constructionAct as the main liaison between client, consultants, and contractorOversee project schedules, budgets, and overall performanceInterpret contract documents and guide project executionMaintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication throughoutCoordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project risks

Requirements

Proven experience delivering healthcare projectsStrong project management and client-facing skillsAbility to lead teams and coordinate complex project environmentsSolid understanding of construction documentation and delivery processesComfortable operating across all project phases
