Job Title: Job Captain
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Location: Fort Washington, PA (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple architectural projects, teams, and consultants.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Collaborate with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams.Review construction documents, codes, and project workflows.Support design initiatives, technology projects, and process improvements.Provide project leadership and maintain data/documentation accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent technical certification.5+ years of architectural/construction experience.2+ years of project or people management experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word.Strong knowledge of construction documents and building codes.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.Valid driver's license.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.Experience with SketchUp, BIM360, and residential projects.
