Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project schedules and deliverables, leading design development, and managing communication among clients, consultants, and internal teams. The role also includes mentoring project team members, participating in meetings, and supporting business development efforts when needed. Project management and coordination skills, including experience with Project Coordination and oversight of Submittals.Strong architectural expertise, with proficiency in Architecture and the development and review of Construction Drawings.Familiarity with sustainable design practices and standards, including knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, BIM platforms) and basic office productivity software.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure preferred.Experience managing projects from design through construction administration, with attention to budget, schedule, and quality control.Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment.Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction practices; experience in commercial, institutional, or civic projects is a plus.
