The Role

This is a project leadership and coordination role where you'll guide projects from early due diligence through construction documentation and delivery. You'll serve as the primary link between designers, consultants, jurisdictions, and internal teams—helping ensure projects remain organized, coordinated, and on schedule.

Working closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and construction partners, you'll support project documentation, consultant coordination, and permitting efforts across our design-build banking projects. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical architectural knowledge with excellent organizational and leadership skills and enjoys managing both people and process.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of architectural project management experience, preferably in commercial projectsStrong understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and project deliveryAdvanced proficiency in Revit and architectural production workflowsExperience coordinating consultants, jurisdictions, and multidisciplinary project teamsStrong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and due diligence requirementsExceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skillsCollaborative leadership style with a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsExperience in financial, retail, workplace, or commercial environments is a plusLEED knowledge or accreditation is a plusCuriosity, adaptability, and a willingness to challenge conventional thinkingAbility to work in-person Monday–Friday in Chandler, AZNice to have: progress toward licensure, AIA involvement

What You’ll Do

Lead and coordinate projects through all phases, from due diligence and design development through permitting and construction documentationServe as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholdersCoordinate architectural, interior design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure project alignment and deliveryManage project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and deadlinesReview and coordinate Revit models, drawing sets, plans, elevations, sections, and detailsFacilitate consultant coordination and integration of engineering disciplines into project documentationSupport jurisdictional research, code review, permitting requirements, and city coordinationParticipate in client meetings, presentations, and design review sessionsCoordinate vendor communications, product reviews, material selections, and sample procurementOversee quality control efforts to ensure accurate, complete, and constructible documentationAssist project teams in resolving design, documentation, and coordination challenges throughout project delivery
