Architectural Project Manager

The Role This is a project leadership and coordination role where you'll guide projects from early due diligence through construction documentation and delivery. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical architectural knowledge with excellent organizational and leadership skills and enjoys managing both people and process. What We’re Looking For Lead and coordinate projects through all phases, from due diligence and design development through permitting and construction documentationServe as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholdersCoordinate architectural, interior design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure project alignment and deliveryManage project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and deadlinesReview and coordinate Revit models, drawing sets, plans, elevations, sections, and detailsFacilitate consultant coordination and integration of engineering disciplines into project documentationSupport jurisdictional research, code review, permitting requirements, and city coordinationParticipate in client meetings, presentations, and design review sessionsCoordinate vendor communications, product reviews, material selections, and sample procurementOversee quality control efforts to ensure accurate, complete, and constructible documentationAssist project teams in resolving design, documentation, and coordination challenges throughout project delivery
