Essential Functions: Provide pre-design services (if required)Support the development of pursuit strategyReview scope of work scheduled and budgetReviews contract agreementDevelops contracts with consultantsSupport the development of the staffing plan & communication strategy.Initiate project kick off with teamInterprets client/project goals into design conceptDevelop media and tools for client communications on design intent/concepts (Electronic, Sketch-up)Meets with client as required/per the communication planContributes to project documentationDevelops CAD/Revit StrategyParticipate in essential client communicationsEnsure project history/notes are documented Ensure code compliance/regulatory agenciesLeads the schematic and design development including budget coordination Develops the construction document outline including specificationsCoordinates with consultantsTrack scope changes/change ordersEnsure quality milestone and process are metCoordinates activities and documents during construction Requirements:
