Architectural Project Manager with Construction Administration experience

This position is responsible for maintaining client relationships and has the authority to direct, control and monitor all CA project activities. The CAPM must demonstrate construction experience in all aspects of architecture / interiors projects including substantial experience in CA project management. The CAPM will pass knowledge to others and support a continuous learning environment, including the dissemination of lessons learned to other projects and the company as a whole. Strong technical abilities to be able to oversee all aspects of a project’s construction.
