Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary client-facing project manager and account lead, overseeing communication, status updates, and relationship management.Lead multiple projects concurrently from concept design through construction documentation, permitting, construction administration, and closeout.Manage project scope, schedules, staffing, and financial performance, including fee tracking, change management, and profitability targets.Direct and coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure technical quality, constructability, and compliance with building and accessibility codes.Lead construction administration efforts including RFIs, submittals, site observations, punch lists, and closeout documentation. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; architectural licensure preferred.Minimum of 8+ years of professional architectural experience, including independent project leadership through construction.Proven experience managing multiple fast-paced projects and nationwide rollout programs for corporate or brand-driven clients.Strong knowledge of building codes, life-safety, and accessibility requirements across multiple jurisdictions.Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools.
