Architectural Project Manager

Manage multiple commercial retail projects through every phase of design and construction.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and project deliverables.Lead consultant coordination meetings and oversee multidisciplinary project teams.Guide projects through entitlement, permitting, and construction administration.Review construction documents for quality, coordination, and completeness.Mentor architects and designers while helping develop future project leaders.Identify project risks early and develop practical solutions that keep projects moving.Build long-term client relationships through responsiveness, communication, and technical expertise.Help improve project delivery processes and contribute to the continued growth of MMA's Retail Studio. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant teams.Ability to mentor and develop junior staff.Strong client relationship and problem-solving skills.
