Areas of Responsibility: Management of the design process from conception to construction administration, ensuring client satisfaction, and overall consistency of design intentAssisting in production of projects using RevitComprehensive knowledge of building codes and permitting processServe as the clients’ primary liaison by actively managing the program, budget, schedules and project communicationManagement of project financials including overall budget, client and subconsultant invoicingCoordinate, collaborate and communicate with all internal team members and external consultants through construction administration phases of a projectManagement and implementation of quality control measures to ensure a project’s successReview and confirm accuracy of calculations, estimates, plans and reportsParticipation in project pursuits, client presentations and/or meetings as needed, including the preparation of drawings and models as well as proposal developmentParticipation in internal peer reviews of projects at various phases and for a variety of project types; WDA operates in a highly collaborative environment Qualifications Salary will be commensurate with experience.
