Registered Architect in the state of employment, or eligibility for reciprocal licensure through NCARB certification 10 - 15 years of professional experience as an architect Strong abilities in Revit, Bluebeam and MS Office Suite PMP, LEED or other relevant certifications are a plus Proven track record managing complex multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish Demonstrated success developing fee proposals and managing project budgets Extensive client-facing experience with strong relationship management skills Exceptional communication skills for client engagement, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination Highly detail-oriented with meticulous attention to project documentation and quality control Outstanding organizational and time management abilities with capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects Adaptable and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a proactive approach to problem solving Servant leader committed to fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence while developing others Completion of the form is entirely voluntary.
