Architectural Project Manager

Key responsibilities include project management throughout all phases from preliminary design through post-occupancy, planning and design, design team leadership, client and consultant coordination, budget, scope, and schedule compliance. Applicants should have a comprehensive understanding of design requirements, codes, standards, and current trends as it directs a project team of designers and outside consultants toward a deliverable product consistent with the highest level of industry standards. The Project Manager is responsible for new business development within the assigned client relationship and coordinating with departmental directors to inform, manage and meet client service commitments. Work in combination with departmental directors to coordinate, manage and ensure successful realization of project and client needs/expectations. Project problem solving/finding solutions.
