About the RoleHidden Talent is recruiting an Architectural Project Manager on behalf of Work Architecture.
The Architectural Project Manager is a non-licensed professional on the path to licensure whose primary focus is leading projects from kickoff through completion while ensuring communication, schedules, budgets, consultants, and internal coordination stay on track.
This role serves as the hub of communication for the project team and plays a major role in client relationships, quality control, and overall project success.
ResponsibilitiesProvide and document clear project communication across all phases of a projectAttend and participate in project meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team membersIdentify, communicate, and help manage potential project risksMaintain quality control and quality assurance throughout the life of the projectCoordinate with consultants across multiple disciplinesLead projects from start to finish, including design conceptualization, development, space planning, programming, building systems coordination, construction documentation, and construction administrationInitiate and respond to communication with clients, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors in a timely and professional mannerClearly communicate project goals, objectives, budgets, scope, deliverables, and schedules to all parties involvedEncourage prompt action and accountability from consultants, contractors, and internal team membersMonitor and implement project execution in accordance with the firm's Quality and Procedures ManualEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high level of qualityAssist Project Architects and Directors with proposals, contracts, project scope, fees, and servicesProvide leadership, mentoring, professional development, and hands-on coaching to team members throughout each projectQualifications5+ years of experience within an architecture firmStrong experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable leading meetings and client conversationsKnowledge of construction documents, permitting, code compliance, and consultant coordinationExperience with hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, or adaptive reuse projects preferredRevit proficiency requiredDegree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferredOn path to licensure What Makes Someone SuccessfulOrganized and detail-orientedStrong communicator and relationship builderAble to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the big pictureComfortable leading teams and making decisionsStrong follow-through and sense of accountabilityCompensation & BenefitsHoliday bonusMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid maternity and paternity leaveGenerous PTO and company shutdownsCell phone reimbursementDog-friendly office and strong team cultureIf you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!
