EWI Recruitment Miami, Florida

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial, residential, hospitality, and interior design projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will bring 8 or more years of professional experience, strong technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is based in Miami, Florida, and requires a proactive professional who can balance design excellence, client expectations, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities include managing project scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and deliverables; coordinating architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors; and serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. You will review drawings and specifications for quality, code compliance, coordination, and constructability; lead project meetings; track decisions and action items; prepare progress updates; and support permitting, bidding, procurement, and construction administration. The role will also involve identifying risks, resolving design and field issues, reviewing submittals and change orders, conducting site visits, and ensuring projects meet established standards, deadlines, and client objectives.

Qualified candidates should hold a professional degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field and have substantial experience managing projects through all phases of design and construction. Professional licensure is preferred, along with advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and standard project management tools. Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, construction documentation, and consultant coordination is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, accountable, and comfortable taking initiative while collaborating closely with creative and technical teams. Experience with high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, or interiors-focused projects is highly desirable.
