Our client is a design-driven architecture and interiors studio in New York City, known for delivering highly crafted and innovative projects in the luxury residential sector. With a collaborative and creative culture, the practice offers exposure to projects ranging from new construction to complex renovations across the tri-state area.
We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager to join their team. The role requires an architect or architectural professional with strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven project management experience. You will be responsible for overseeing projects through all phases, from schematic design to construction administration, while coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants.
The requirements of the role are:
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the U.S. (New York tri-state area preferred)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (professional licensure encouraged)
Experience leading projects through all phases, from design to completion
Proficiency in Revit, with experience assembling construction documents and details
Knowledge of building codes and standards; prior construction administration experience
Familiarity with Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign), and Bluebeam.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to mentor junior staff
