DAVIS is looking for exceptionally talented and hardworking architectural/BIM support with strong skills throughout the design and project documentation phase.
Primary RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate complex designs into clear and concise detailed presentation and construction documentsMaintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloadsManagement and coordination of clients, consultants and integrated design teamCoordinate production effort with careful adherence to the design intent proposedMaintain BIM standards, templates and quality control within all project models
Required QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the architectural field; commercial office and multi-story experience requiredArchitectural Degree preferredSelf-motivated, well organized, excellent problem solving and strong communication skillsProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required. Knowledge of Sketchup and Adobe CS preferredPractical knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques related engineering principles and building codesKnowledge of BIM Best Practices
