Lead architectural teams through all phases of design and documentation, ensuring alignment with project goals, client expectations, and federal standards.Oversee production work in Revit from schematic design through construction documents, ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients, facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and building long-term relationships.Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while monitoring progress and proactively addressing risks or delays.Mentor junior staff, coordinate with consultants and engineers, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Ensure all deliverables meet applicable codes, DoD criteria, and federal agency standards.
