Fulfill the role of Project Architect and AOR on most projects; pending the size/complexity of projects a separate project architect may be assigned. Strong business acumen, technical knowledge, coordination skills and the ability to build a rapport with the project team and client is essential. Previous business development and project management experience preferred in planning and executing design/construction projects.
