The Architectural Engineering Project Manager is expected to operate projects with a certain degree of autonomy using staff and resources available within DDG’s offices to provide the client with the highest quality of services. The Project Manager should be familiar with project development from preliminary design to development of construction plans to jurisdictional permitting to completion of construction activities. • Prepares complete architectural working drawings and construction permit documents for stamp and signature; prepares specifications for the purchase of various materials and equipment required for projects. • Knowledge of architectural characteristics of building materials. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
