Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a licensed Architectural Project Manager to join our Science, Technology, & Industry team in Toledo, OH! In this role, you’ll collaborate with a talented team of architects to deliver innovative projects, serving as a trusted partner to clients from concept through construction. • Fulfill the role of Project Architect and AOR on most projects; pending the size/complexity of projects a separate project architect may be assigned. • Strong business acumen, technical knowledge, coordination skills and the ability to build a rapport with the project team and client is essential.
