Architectural Project Manager

About the Role HC Solutions Group is partnering with a growing, design-driven architecture firm to identify a Senior Project Manager for its Charlotte office. The firm operates as a collaborative studio where leadership is actively engaged in both project execution and internal development. Lead projects from concept through construction documentation, permitting, and construction administration Manage project teams, production efforts, and drawing set development Maintain full accountability for project budgets, schedules, and deliverables Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases Review drawings for quality, coordination, and constructability Provide leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level staff Establish and reinforce internal standards, workflows, and best practices Anticipate project challenges and proactively implement solutions Participate in strategic planning and contribute to process improvements within the studio Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field Strong experience in an architecture or design-build firm environment Licensed Architect preferred or actively pursuing licensure Proficiency in Revit and production workflows Proven experience managing projects across all phases from design through construction Strong understanding of construction detailing and consultant coordination Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and mentoring staff Strong communication skills with the ability to align teams and drive project success Ability to take full ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment Step into a true leadership role with influence over both project delivery and internal processes Work in a fast-growing, design-driven studio where your impact is visible and valued Help shape project standards, workflows, and team development Collaborate on projects that directly impact client success and business performance Be part of a culture built on accountability, trust, and high design standards Clear opportunity for continued leadership growth within the firm
