About the Role Hidden Talent is recruiting an Architectural Project Manager on behalf of Work Architecture. This role serves as the hub of communication for the project team and plays a major role in client relationships, quality control, and overall project success. Responsibilities Provide and document clear project communication across all phases of a project Attend and participate in project meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members Identify, communicate, and help manage potential project risks Maintain quality control and quality assurance throughout the life of the project Coordinate with consultants across multiple disciplines Lead projects from start to finish, including design conceptualization, development, space planning, programming, building systems coordination, construction documentation, and construction administration Initiate and respond to communication with clients, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors in a timely and professional manner Clearly communicate project goals, objectives, budgets, scope, deliverables, and schedules to all parties involved Encourage prompt action and accountability from consultants, contractors, and internal team members Monitor and implement project execution in accordance with the firm's Quality and Procedures Manual Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high level of quality Assist Project Architects and Directors with proposals, contracts, project scope, fees, and services Provide leadership, mentoring, professional development, and hands-on coaching to team members throughout each project Qualifications 5+ years of experience within an architecture firm Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable leading meetings and client conversations Knowledge of construction documents, permitting, code compliance, and consultant coordination Experience with hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, or adaptive reuse projects preferred Revit proficiency required Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred On path to licensure What Makes Someone Successful Organized and detail-oriented Strong communicator and relationship builder Able to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the big picture Comfortable leading teams and making decisions Strong follow-through and sense of accountability Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $65,000-$80,000 depending on experience Holiday bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid maternity and paternity leave Generous PTO and company shutdowns Cell phone reimbursement Dog-friendly office and strong team culture If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!
