Architectural Project Manager

Project Managers are directly responsible for one or more architectural project teams to ensure successful completion of projects from design drawings to the constructed building.

Day-to-day, Your Role Includes

Project Manager in the Federal, Civic, and K12 StudiosDirect communication with Client project representativesImplement a project work plan following project management processGenerate and track project schedules and deliverable requirementsMonitor project fee budgets and job costsCoordinate production and quality reviews of Contract DocumentsProactively communicate with project team consultantsOversee the performance of architectural staff team membersClearly and consistently communicate team roles, responsibilities, and schedulesCheck-in with team members to maintain engagement, job satisfaction, retention, and role development

Requirements

Registered Architect in Texas8+ years of architectural experience3+ years of experience managing architectural projects through all phases.Experience with K12, Federal, and/or Civic projects in the US.Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US with NO need for sponsorship now or in the future.
